- Can you deliver to my home address?/Qualification of buyer
No, we can only deliver orders to registered company addresses. We do not sell to private individuals. If evidence is discovered that buyer does not possess a valid business licence, does not qualify to purchase the chemical products, does not hold the legal authorization to purchase and handle chemical products, or there is a suspicion that the products are not intended for proper purposes, we reserve the right not to execute the order with no or only partial reimbursement to the unqualified buyer. Suspicion of criminal intent in connection with material orders or inquiries may be reported to the authorities. - Can I buy through a distributor?
We do sell directly to end users so orders can be placed directly with us. Please contact us at georganics@georganics.sk. - How do I make an inquiry?
You can click on the “contact form” link in information box on an individual product page or send an inquiry to georganics@georganics.sk. - How to find products and order via our website?
You can search our website to find required product by product name, CAS number, product code, or molecular formula using the search box on the landing page or on the All Laboratory Grade Chemicals page. This will bring up a list of all the relevant chemicals in our catalog matching your search. From there, simply click on the item of your preference. When you have found the product, simple click on the “contact form” link in the information box on the individual product page or send an inquiry to georganics@georganics.sk. When ordering, please state clearly the catalog number, the name of item, and the pack size required. We always try to offer significant discounts for bulk quantities. - What if I can’t find the product that I’m looking for?
Our Research and Development Laboratory Department can help you with sophisticated research and with any kind of problematic synthetic route and building block. Almost all of our company’s products come from custom synthesis projects dealing with the development of new methods and synthesis of new compounds for our customers. We also have an extensive network of suppliers to source compounds which we cannot manufacture in-house. You can contact our sales team at georganics@georganics.sk and they will look into your inquiry. - How long will it take to receive ordered products?
We aim to ship orders on the same day for in-stock items. For non-stock items, please refer to the quoted lead time. - How much will shipping cost for my order?
For a firm quotation on shipping any product, please inquire at georganics@georganics.sk. All shipping rates depend on destination, volumetric weight / weight of the product, chemical hazard, and shipping company. We’re constantly working with couriers to secure the best shipping rates for our customers all over the world. - What if I order several items at once?
When placing an order for several items, shipping costs are calculated for consolidated shipment. Shipments will be consolidated where possible. If consolidation is not possible (for example: IATA regulation, or different lead times), we will contact you to find the most suitable solution for you. - Will I receive an order confirmation?
We send order confirmations via email within 24 – 48 hours. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact us at georganics@georganics.sk. - Can you ship my order using my courier account?
Yes, it is possible to ship your order using your courier account. Alternatively, we can use another method of transportation or shipment route if a substantial delay might otherwise occur. In such cases, we will notify you of any changes as soon as reasonably possible. - Can I track my order online?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the delivery information on the day of dispatch of the ordered product. - What if I have a question about my order?

If the SDS is available, you can find it in the documentation section on the individual product page. - Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, or Data Specific Search of a product?

Yes, we will send you an electronic PDF invoice to the email address according to your preferences. - Can I pay my order by credit card?
We are very sorry, but it is not currently possible to pay by credit card. - What are your standard credit terms?
Our standard credit term is 30 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The purchaser undertakes to pay all bank charges relating to the transfer of funds. The seller reserves the right to charge interest from the date the payment is due. - How do I make a complaint if I receive damaged goods or if I have a problem with a product?
