Palladiumkatalysatoren
Palladiummetall in beiden Oxidationsstufen (0, +2) wird häufig als Katalysator in verschiedenen Synthesemethoden und bei der Herstellung vieler organischer Verbindungen verwendet. Insbesondere Palladium in Form von Kohlenstoff ist ein vielseitiger Katalysator, der heterogene katalytische Prozesse wie Hydrierung, Dehydrierung und Erdöl-Cracking beschleunigt. Eine Vielzahl von Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindungsreaktionen in der organischen Chemie werden durch Palladiummetall-Katalysatoren ermöglicht.
